With more than 30 standard coil winding machines, Acme has developed Semi Automatic Motor Coil Winding Machine for AC motors and submersible pumps with features like 0.05 turns accuracy upto 16 successive coil with automatic switchover between each coils. Well known for its high efficiency and smooth functioning, this machine is specially designed for submersible pump coil. This winding machine can be supplied with various optional mandrels and formers for quick changing of coils after winding. Some of our valued clinents have managed to achieve their production goal with unskilled operators using this automated coil winding machine.

• Speed: variable with speed knob. Can be changed while winding is in progress
• Parameters: All winding parameters like width of coil, no. of coils, wire diameter are programmable
• Programming: various menu like run, add, modify, copy, delete, list for easy programming
• Wire pitch: programmable, can be modified while winding is in progress
• Memory: 50 programs with individual 16 consecutive coils for each program
• Display: continuous display of no. of turns wound along with many other data’s on 40 x 2 LCD
• Computer board: single board for reliable operation
